  NSW Government Housing Grants from 1 July 2017

  Ahead of the 2017 State Budget, the NSW Government announced a housing affordability package.

  The changes are planned to take effect from 1 July 2017.

  Note: no changes have been announced to the First Home Owners Grant for vacant land.
